MindMap

A study almanac

For the student who means it.

MindMap reads your courses, keeps your calendar honest, and tells you each day what to do, what to know, and where you stand. It never does your work for you.

A course, mapped. Drag to turn it.

Works however your school works.

Free for any college student. Create an account, then pick the way that fits your school. You can mix them.

  1. I

    Canvas, Blackboard, Brightspace, Moodle

Add the free MindMap extension to Chrome, Edge, Brave or Arc on a computer. It reads your courses, due dates, grades, files and announcements with your own login, and never submits anything.

  2. II

    On your phone

Once the extension has synced, everything opens on any device in the browser, and you can add it to your home screen. Paste your class calendar link to keep due dates current between syncs.

  3. III

    No system at all

Add your classes, type or photograph what was said in class, snap your syllabus and graded papers, and add test dates. Everything else works the same.

Three steps: create an account, connect your classes (or add them), and your week plans itself around your grades.

Everything a semester asks of you, in one place.

  • The day, decided

Classes, deadlines and study blocks laid out by the hour, planned around your work and your real pace.

  • What to know, before it matters

A one-page brief for every exam and major assignment, written from your own slides and instructions.

  • Ask your own course

Questions answered from your slides, readings and notes first, with the sources shown.

  • Where you stand

Grades as your syllabus weighs them, what's costing you points, and the one thing to do this week.

  • What your school system doesn't have

What was said in class, how each course really works, and graded papers you photograph.

  • Read-only, private, yours

It reads your school system and never submits. Your data is locked to your account, and you can take it all back.

What we hold to.

Commitments written into the product, not just this page.

Read the principles
  1. I

    Your work is your own.

MindMap never completes, answers or submits graded work. It reads Blackboard and never posts, submits or starts an attempt. When you ask about a graded question, it teaches the idea instead of handing you the answer.

  2. II

    Honest by design.

Answers show which of your files they came from. When your materials don't cover something, MindMap says so rather than guess. Grades are calculated in the open, and the report shows its math.

  3. III

Yours to keep, or to take away.

Your courses, notes and files are private to your account. No ads, and nothing is ever sold. You can download everything, or delete everything, at any time from Account.

  4. IV

    A guide, not a warden.

No streaks, no guilt, no nagging. Every plan is a suggestion you can change or ignore. MindMap tells you where you stand and what would help most, then leaves the choice to you.
