The contact address isn't set up on this site yet.
My files or due dates aren't showing
Install the browser extension, open your class site while signed in, and it syncs. Or add files and dates yourself from a class page. New files are read within a few minutes.
A study pack is wrong
Packs are built from your own class files and can still miss. Your instructor and your materials come first. Tap thumbs down on an answer in Ask, or tell us what was wrong.
Reminders don't arrive
Turn them on in Account, and allow notifications for MindMap in your phone's settings. A reminder comes only on days when cards are due.
Download or delete my data
Open the privacy center (Account, then Privacy center). Download everything as a zip, delete one kind of data, or delete everything. In the apps it's in the same place.
